Ezra Heath

Ezra Heath has over 23 years of experience in federal law enforcement and specializes in forensic accounting, electronic and physical surveillance, managing informants, fraud investigations, and hidden asset tracing. Ezra retired from the Internal Revenue Service—Criminal Investigation Division in December of 2023 and then worked for the Alabama Attorney General's Office before starting Magic City Investigations, LLC, in 2025.

Brooke Brown

Forensic accountant Brooke Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Alabama at Birmingham and is credentialed as both a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Brown is a former forensic accountant for the Federal Bureau of Investigation with a focus in criminal investigations. Prior to joining the federal government, Brown was a senior internal auditor for corporate entities in the insurance and healthcare industries.

Trey Bradford

Trey Bradford has 28 years of law enforcement experience and specializes in fieldwork such as surveillance, interviewing, and thorough fact-finding. Trey recently retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he was a special agent responsible for conducting complex investigations of violent federal crime.

Prior to the FBI, Trey was a special agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration and a police officer in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Tara Pontius

Tara Pontius attended Samford University and worked as an assistant vice president at New South Federal Savings Bank, where she managed the Cross Marketing Department, including the Insurance Department, earning several outstanding customer service awards. After choosing to stay at home to raise her two boys, Tara returned to the workforce in 2024 as a paralegal at Morrison Honea, LLC.
